1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to PGRM Studio. By downloading, accessing, or using any software applications created by PGRM Studio (including Subscription Reminder and WebTunnel), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install, or use our software.
2. Software License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PGRM Studio grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and execute our software on compatible devices that you own or control.
3. One-Time Purchases & Pro Upgrades
We believe in honest, straightforward pricing:
- Pay Once, Own Forever: When you purchase a Pro or Premium upgrade in a PGRM Studio application, it is a one-time payment. We will never convert your one-time purchase into a recurring subscription or charge unexpected maintenance fees.
- Future Updates Included: Your purchase grants you access to all future standard updates and enhancements for that major release.
- Restoring Purchases: You may restore your purchase on any new or reset device registered to the same Apple ID or Google Play account via the in-app Restore Purchase option.
- Refunds: Refund requests are governed by the payment terms of the respective platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
4. Offline Data Management & Backups
Because PGRM Studio tools are designed with an offline-first privacy architecture:
- Your data resides exclusively in your device's private sandbox storage.
- PGRM Studio maintains no central cloud backup or restore server.
- You are solely responsible for creating regular backups of your records using the in-app export tools or standard device backup utilities (such as iCloud Backup or Android backup).
5. Subscription Reminder Service Disclaimer
Subscription Reminder is designed strictly as a personal organizational tool:
- No Automatic Cancellation: The app does not cancel, modify, or interact with external third-party subscriptions or merchant billing systems. You remain solely responsible for contacting service providers to cancel any unwanted recurring charges.
- Notification Reliability: While local notifications are designed to alert you before renewal dates, notification delivery may be affected by device power-saving modes, Focus filters, battery optimization, or operating system updates. PGRM Studio is not liable for fees incurred due to missed reminder alerts.
- Not Financial Advice: Spending calculations and statistics provided by the app are for informational purposes only.
6. WebTunnel Acceptable Use
When utilizing WebTunnel for remote connectivity:
- You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and to access devices, networks, and services that you are authorized to control.
- You may not use WebTunnel to distribute malware, bypass unauthorized corporate security barriers, or engage in denial-of-service attacks.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, brand names, visual styling, source code, and design assets associated with PGRM Studio, Subscription Reminder, and WebTunnel are the exclusive intellectual property of PGRM Studio. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PGRM Studio and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the applications.
