1. Core Philosophy: Privacy by Architecture
At PGRM Studio, we believe the best privacy guarantee is not a complex legal document — it is an intentional software architecture where your data physically cannot leave your possession.
Our software (including Subscription Reminder) is deliberately built as offline-first, local-only applications. We do not maintain user databases, we do not operate telemetry servers, and we never collect, monetize, or profile your personal life.

2. What Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information. Specifically:
- No Identity Data: We do not ask for or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or social media accounts.
- No Financial Credentials: When using Subscription Reminder, your subscription amounts, billing frequencies, and renewal dates are never transmitted to us or any third party. We never ask for or connect to your bank or card details.
- No Usage Telemetry: We do not log which buttons you press, how long you stay on each screen, or how often you open the apps.
- No Device Fingerprints or Location Data: We never access GPS location, IP geolocations, or unique hardware identifiers for tracking purposes.
3. Where Your Data Lives
All information you enter into our applications is saved exclusively in your device's isolated app container (such as local SQLite or encrypted disk storage managed by iOS and Android).
If you delete the app without creating a backup, all data stored within it will be permanently removed from your device, because no copy exists anywhere on our side.
4. In-App Purchases & Store Licenses
PGRM Studio apps offer one-time lifetime Pro upgrades. All financial transactions are handled exclusively by:
- Apple App Store: Managed under your Apple ID via StoreKit.
- Google Play Store: Managed under your Google account via Google Play Billing.
Apple and Google process all credit cards, tax calculations, and receipts. PGRM Studio never receives or stores your credit card number, billing address, or payment details. When you tap "Restore Purchase", the app directly asks your device's operating system store engine to verify your receipt.
5. Device Permissions Explained
Our applications only request the bare minimum system permissions strictly necessary for their core utility:
- Local Notifications: Used by Subscription Reminder to schedule native offline alerts (e.g., 7 days or 3 days prior to a renewal date). All notifications are scheduled locally on the device OS without communicating with a push server.
- Local Storage / File Access: Required only when you explicitly choose to export or import a local backup file.
6. Third-Party Services & SDKs
We take a strict stance against third-party analytics and advertising libraries:
- No Facebook SDK
- No Google Firebase Analytics
- No Adjust, AppsFlyer, or attribution trackers
- No advertising mediation networks
The software you download contains only the code necessary to deliver the utility itself.
7. Data Ownership & Export
You maintain 100% ownership and control over your data. We provide tools within the app settings to export your records into standard formats (such as JSON or CSV), enabling you to archive, inspect, or transfer your records whenever you desire.
